- Return Conditions
Items must be in new, unused condition and retain their original packaging.
Return requests are only accepted within 30 days of receipt.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect model selection, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for processing.
- Return Process
Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
After confirmation, customer service will provide a return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and return it to the designated address.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment institution’s speed.
Shipping and expedited delivery fees are non-refundable.
CULINA LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product is used or damaged for reasons other than quality issues.
- Exchange Service
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact customer service to return the item and then place a new order. Direct exchanges are not currently supported. - Special Notes
If the product is damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos immediately for claims processing.
